What MuleBuy actually is
MuleBuy is a shopping agent. It solves the two problems that block anyone buying from Taobao, Weidian or 1688: Chinese marketplaces do not ship internationally, and they do not accept foreign cards.
MuleBuy buys the item with a domestic Chinese account, receives it in its own warehouse in Guangzhou, photographs it for you, and forwards the parcel to your country.
The money flow: two payments
- Stage one, the goods. You pay the item price plus domestic shipping (usually ¥0-15) when you place the order.
- Stage two, the shipping. When the parcel is ready you pay the international shipping quote, billed per kilogram on the line you choose.
Budget for both. Most first-timers only budget the first one.
QC: your checkpoint before it ships
Every item gets free warehouse photos before international shipping. You check stitching, colour, hardware and the size tag, then either green-light the item or request a return while the seller can still fix it.
Where the spreadsheet fits
You still need good product links. That is what a MuleBuy spreadsheet is for: a curated database of verified links with prices, weights and QC history. Instead of hunting raw Taobao search results, you open the spreadsheet, filter, and copy a link other buyers have already vetted.
