The only four things that matter

Every agent looks identical on the landing page. In practice you are choosing between four variables: service fee, shipping line catalogue, QC quality and how fast a refund lands.

1. Service fee

MuleBuy charges no per-item service fee on standard orders.

2. Shipping lines

Look for at least one tax-paid EU line, one sensitive US line, and a cheap economy line for bulky clothing.

3. QC photos

Free QC photos, at least 4-6 shots, with the option to request extra angles.

4. Refund speed

Out-of-stock refunds should hit your agent balance in under 24 hours.

Pick one agent and learn it well. Split hauls across two agents and you double your shipping cost.
