Why the classic Google Sheet stopped working
The original MuleBuy spreadsheets were community Google Sheets with thousands of rows. They were great in 2023, but a shared sheet has three fatal problems: it loads slowly on a phone, it cannot show QC photos inline, and nobody prunes the dead listings. By the time a sheet hits 3,000 rows, roughly a fifth of the links are gone.
What a modern spreadsheet looks like

- Open the spreadsheet and filter by category or search a keyword.
- Sort by QC count if you want proven items, or by price if you are on a budget.
- Open the product page and skim the QC gallery.

- Repeat for everything you want, then ship it all in one parcel.
Budget the parcel before you buy
A useful rule: your shipping cost is roughly the total weight in kilograms multiplied by the line rate. Two hoodies and a pair of sneakers is about 3.2 kg, which is $70-$110 to Europe or the US depending on the line. Adding a ¥45 cap to that parcel costs almost nothing extra - that is why the grid shows weight everywhere.
Buy in batches, ship once. It is the single biggest saving available to any agent shopper.
